Bouquet: Lifted aromas of citrus, candied pear, quince paste and fig overlay a subtle cedary toastiness.
Palate: A refined and tight palate, with medium weight and a moderate to long length. The wine has an attractive creamy texture from extended lees contact in barrel and finishes with a dry minerality.
