Region: 100% Five Ashes Vineyard, Margaret River.
Colour: Pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: Complex aromas of peach, vanillin and mango are supported by restrained nougat oak, now integrating beautifully so that it’s more part of the wine than detectable.
Palate: The palate is medium to full bodied with moderate to long persistence, finishing with dry tantalising lemon acidity.

Vintage Characteristics: Mild dry vintage.
Vinification: 100% barrel fermented and matured.
Cellaring Potential: Best from mid 2004 with excellent cellaring potential for 3 years plus.
Oak Treatment: 100% barell fermented, French bariques (Voges & Troncais); 60% new.
Serving Suggestion: Try with fresh baked snapper and a Greek salad.
Alcohol: 14%
