Colour: The colour is water white with brilliant clarity.
Bouquet: The fresh nose exhibits floral lime esters and vanilla pea characters, with hints of mineral slate and fresh mint.
Palate: The palate is more delicate than previous vintages, with moderate length and crisp vibrant acidity. The use of 5% barrel fermentation in new French oak completes this wine with excellent length of flavour layering the chalky minerality thatHamelin Bays wines have become known.
