Colour: Pale straw green in colour.
Bouquet: Aromas of hay and fresh herbs meld with floral lemon zest and white chocolate. The palate is supple and round with excellent lingering flavours that Hamelin Bay is famous for.
Palate: A barrel ferment portion has added nutty complexity, which fills the mid palate and ensures a harmonious marriage between sweet fruit-zest and fresh lemon acidity.

Vinification: 82% stainless steel and 18% barrel fermentation.
Cellaring Potential: Suggested best 2002 to 2003;
