Colour: Pale straw/green in colour.
Bouquet: The wine shows aromas of fresh straw, citrus & honey complimented by hints of spice.
Palate: It has a slightly austere "cool climate" palate that will continue to develop with age but nevertheless displaying the fresh varietal grassy and gooseberry characters with a crisp dry finish.

Vinification: 95% stainless steel and 5% barrel fermented.
Cellaring Potential: Suggested Best 2001 to 2002;
Oak Treatment: 5% barrel fermented in French oak.
