Palate: The wine has viscosity and roundness in the mouth and excellent depth of flavours and an appealing finish of crisp lime acidity.

Vintage Characteristics: Warm dry vintage.
Vinification: 60% stainless steel and 40% barrel fermentation.
Cellaring Potential: Drink now or up to 3 years.
Oak Treatment: 40% fermented in 1-2 year old barrqiues, left on lees for 8 to 12 weeks in barrel.
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with fried garlic prawns.
Alcohol: 13.5%
