Region: 100% Five Ashes Vineyard, Margaret River.
Colour: Bright straw with yellow hues.
Bouquet: The aromatics are a complex array of ripe peaches, dried banana, pineapple and mangoes. There are also soft touches of French oak that is very well integrated after 12 months bottle age.
Palate: The palate show rich tropical fruit flavours while maintaining the elegance for which Margaret River Chardonnay is renowned. The wine has length and suppleness with good acid balance which will allow cellaring in the medium to long term.

Vinification: 100% barrel fermented and matured.
Cellaring Potential: Best from mid 2002 with excellent cellaring potential for 3 years plus.
Oak Treatment: 100% barell fermented, French bariques (Voges & Troncais).
Serving Suggestion: Try with a rich creamy Turkey breast pasta.
