Region: 100% Five Ashes Vineyard, Margaret River.
Colour: Deep colours of ruby and a purple red hue.
Bouquet: Aromas exhibit classic Margaret River Cabernet characters of blackcurrants, mocha, mint chocolate and violets all blending harmoniously with dusty French oak.
Palate: The generously layered palate is rich and full-bodied with an excellent balance of fruit, oak, natural acidity and soft tannins giving an almost infinite length of flavour.

Vintage Characteristics: Mild dry vintage.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel static fermenters, left on skins for 8 to 12 days post fermentation.
Cellaring Potential: Although approachable in its youth, this wine will benefit from medium to long term cellaring.
Oak Treatment: 35% New French oak and balance one year old.
Serving Suggestion: The velvety character of this wine complements antipasto, pasta and rare red meats.
